Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: Yes tickets at the door are available for $25.

Q: I Just bought my tickets online but they haven’t arrived.
A: If you have ordered tickets but haven’t received them please check your SPAM folder in your email. Sometimes the tickets end up there.  If you still can’t find them and its been over 2 days please email staff@animeshogatsu.com and we’ll be able to help!

Q: I got the notice of purchase is that enough?
A: Please follow the steps above to find your tickets, but as long as you received a notice of payment you’re good to go.  We can verify your purchase at the registration desk by using your Name and photo ID, and a few simple questions to identify you.

Q: Do I need to bring the tickets physically or can I just bring my phone?
A: You can present a printout of your tickets at the door, or displayed on your phone. We can also verify your tickets at the door with some proper ID.
