Include the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Your Email
3. Panel Idea
4. Details about your panel / Workshop
5. Equipment if required

We will review your panel suggestion and email you back by January 1st if your panel or workshop has been approved.

Please note that this application does not guarantee your panel or workshop.

If your panel or workshop is approved, you will be notified by email by an Anime Shogatsu Staff member. All Panels are max 50 minutes with 5 minute setup time and must end 5 minutes prior the next panel starting.

Approved Panelists / Workshop Pass holders MUST display their badges at all times.
